Terry Kilby has been a loan officer in the Portland area since 1994. Prior to that, she worked in the insurance/stock brokerage field so that she has a broad background in financial services and has also been a real estate investor. She has a Master’s of Science from the University of Oregon and lives in Lake Oswego, Oregon. She enjoys gardening, technology, and international travel.
Mortgage Express is one of the top two privately held mortgage companies in the metropolitan Portland/Vancouver area. We can close loans through our own internal mortgage bank, Mortgage Express Lending, or can broker loans out to dozens of other lenders. Where a loan winds up depends upon the type of loan and the pricing at different companies. It is our goal to get our clients the best deal for the type of loan they need with superior service. Because we do have our own in-house bank, we are able to get loans closed MUCH FASTER than the large commercial banks where people have checking accounts.
